I thought this was a fascinating article in the nytimes. Link should be fixed.
I wanted to write that intro. This article talks about the court’s displeasure with the FCC. Found it interesting on many levels, but what really stuck in my craw was the juxtaposition with the Janet Jackson situation. In that instance the FCC really pushed forward with young Powell at the helm, and also challenged the courts. On Monday, without being too dramatic, the courts answered.
One more interesting article. When thinking east/west developed/developing.

The first link doesn’t work.
On the second article, I went into it with a totally different initial understanding. I just watched a series of architecture documentaries - truly fascinating. In it they covered a couple of old cathedrals, which are built along an east-west axis. Generally speaking, all old cathedrals are built along an east-west axis, so if you are ever lost, get to Europe, find a cathedral, then find your way home
