I found it through my message board.  His site crashed and then he started posting the direct paypal links in comment sections.  Pretty amazing.  Dailykos tag Sean Tevis http://www.dailykos.com/tag/Sean%20Tevis
 shows the evolution of the viral nature.  They write,

Sean Tevis is the first guy to run a local seat nationally.  That's democracy, nootch.</description>
